What to include

To help us evaluate a copyright complaint, please include: identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed; identification and location (such as the specific URL) of the material at issue; your contact information; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner; and your physical or electronic signature.

Review and action

We may remove or disable access to material while reviewing a sufficiently detailed complaint and may contact the relevant content provider or rights holder when appropriate.

Counter-notices

If material you are authorized to provide is removed because of a copyright complaint, contact us at the email above with the affected URL and supporting information. Where the DMCA applies, counter-notices should contain the information required by applicable law.
